DCF got to know the client at the instance of the financial due diligence process. We acted for 3 investors acquiring Fourny and remained involved post-closing with ad hoc strategic advice. As Fourny attained its strategic goals and had good momentum, the investors instructed us 4 years post-closing with a pre-sale mandate and later asked DCF to sell the company.

We assisted throughout the complete sale trajectory. Starting with an equity story and valuation of the company, setting up a data room and pre-marketing the asset to a selection of buyers best placed to drive further value from Fourny. On the basis of an indicative offer, listed HB Fuller was retained for exclusive negotiations, resulting in a successful sale 3 months later.
