Who we are

After earning a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay VUB, Thibault Cloostermans has accumulated over nineteen years of experience in various domains, including acquisition advisory, investment management, and financial management as a CFO. Specializing in guiding mergers and acquisitions, he has successfully managed numerous complex transactions throughout his career.

Tim is seen as an authority when it comes to financial due diligence on Belgian SME. Beyond his deep technical financial know how, his specialities include valuation, structuring, seller assistance and buy-and-build mandates. Before joining DCF, Tim built out the transaction services department of a large Belgian accounting franchise. Tim holds an MSc in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and a MSc in Finance from Solvay Business School.

With over seven years of finance experience, Filip specializes in acquisition advisory, financial due diligence, business valuations, and financial planning for SMEs. Before joining DCF, he refined his expertise as a Financial Auditor at KPMG. Filip holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Risk from Ghent University and a postgraduate degree in Financial Markets from ESHAL Management School.

Prior to joining DCF, Sibrecht served as a Senior Finance Consultant at PwC, specializing in enterprise performance management, finance transformation, and post-merger integration. He holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Ghent University and a Master’s in General Management from Vlerick Business School.

Lisa combines technical financial expertise with practical business insight, gained through years of hands-on industry experience in financial analysis and her background as an Audit Associate at PwC. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Ghent University.
